Quick update on a small oversight on our end.
We forgot to add the Glow-in-the-Dark Vials as an official add-on in BackerKit. They’re live now if anyone wants them. Since we didn't lock down the survey yet, simply log back into your survey and add them to your cart.
These vials add a cool glow feature to the underside of your HELIX Spinner. We mentioned them in the campaign description, and we can now confirm they fit perfectly in each of the slots. Every arm holds 6, so grab as many packs as you’ll need to fill 12 total slots. Because we didn’t have them listed earlier, we’re discounting them from the normal $5 down to $2 per pack. Each pack includes 3 red (they look more orange in person), 3 blue, and 3 green.
Two packs were used to create the photos above but if you personally like one color over the other, purchase 3-4 packs to make sure you have enough to customize to your liking. Installation is very simple, they are pressed in. We will release a HOW-TO video in a future backer update.
We have paid the initial deposit to our manufacturing partner, they said they should be done with manufacturing at the end of September. When they are complete and send us confirmation, we release the remaining funds and move into the shipping phase.
We will give it approx. 2 more weeks before we lock-down the BackerKit Survey ADD-ONS. We will post a backer update beforehand.

Great news! The BackerKit Smoke Test we sent out yesterday ran successfully with no issues. 🎉
We’ve just sent the rest of the invitations to all remaining backers. You should receive your personalized invitation email shortly (check your spam/junk folder if it doesn’t show up right away).
Important note for Apple ID users: If you signed into Kickstarter using your Apple ID (which often hides your real email), we will need to manually update your profile with a working email address. Please contact us via private message (or reply to this update in the comments and we will reach out to you that way), and we’ll take care of it right away.
Once you retrieve your BackerKit survey, you’ll be able to review rewards and update your shipping info, and choose optional add-ons. We will need approx. 85-90% of surveys to be answered in order to give our manufacturing partner a more concrete estimated quantity to produce.

Even though Kickstarter is still finalizing the pledge fund collection phase, we're kicking off the BackerKit survey early with a smoke test.
Here's the plan: BackerKit Surveys have been sent out to a random 5% of backers from each reward level to receive the survey first. This lets us test the full process smoothly, iron out any kinks, and start gathering color choices right away.
By collecting preferences early, we can line up materials and prepare production runs faster — ultimately helping deliver your rewards on a quicker timeline.
If you’re part of this initial 5%, you should have received the survey email (check your spam/junk folder too).
If all is well for 24 hours, we will send the survey out to everyone else.
We’ll follow up with another update once the full survey is live and share early insights from the smoke test.
